Session Policy

In line with Harmony – Marriage Counseling & Training’s commitment to continuously improving its services and ensuring the highest levels of comfort and organization for our valued clients, the booking and payment process has been fully transitioned to an electronic system instead of the manual process.

This change aims to provide smoother procedures, greater accuracy in follow-up, and better scheduling management.

We kindly ask all clients to review the following session policy to ensure the best possible experience:

  1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

Advance payment is required to confirm your session booking.

The system allows a 30-minute window from the time of booking to complete the payment. If payment is not received within this time frame, the booking will be automatically cancelled by the system.

  1. Session Validity

The validity period for a single booked session is one week from the payment date.

Sessions cannot be scheduled or conducted after the validity period expires.

  1. Online Session System

All sessions are conducted via video call (audio and video) through Zoom, to ensure full interaction and engagement.

  1. Policy on Delays, Cancellations, and Refunds

If a client arrives late to the scheduled session, the delay will be counted as part of the allocated session time. No extensions or compensations will be provided.

Each session has a predefined duration determined by our experts to cover specific topics within the client’s personalized development plan. However, actual session duration may vary depending on the client’s case and level of engagement. If a session concludes earlier than the scheduled time, remaining minutes cannot be carried forward or added to future sessions.

  • To ensure proper scheduling, if a client needs to reschedule, they must notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and only during the official working hours of the institution (from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM).
  • Fridays are official holidays and are not counted within this notice period.
  • Any cancellation or rescheduling request sent outside working hours or on Fridays will not be accepted, and 100% cancellation fees will apply.
